On a very foggy morning we took a walk upstairs to look out the window. How funny everything looked! We could still see the Town Hall- McDonald's as we know it! And we saw all the orange and red leaves on the trees!
Our writing workshop began with a bang! All our young writers can choose their own topic- and the ideas were really flowing. Then the boys and girls eagerly got down to the hard work of getting those ideas on paper, choosing to write with pictures, words or sentences. All writing pieces will go into a special folder that will come home at the end of the year. Watch out JK Rowling!
Apologies for any dirty uniforms coming home- but sensory learning can get quite messy! Last week we were exploring the magic of gloop (cornflour and water that was 'sloppy, slimy and stringy'). This week we are making waves (and lines, circles, letters) in shaving foam (' fluffy, foamy and soft- not to mention fun!).
